‍Discovery is a crucial step for the success of the project.In this phase, I make sure I understand the problem statement, who is the target audience, insights into business goals, and analysis of the current state of the market and competitors.

Using a design thinking approach and drawing insights from the earlier phase, I engage in iterative ideation of concepts and solutions that are most desirable by the users and satisfy the business goals. I validate these working solutions to the problem identified with all stakeholders involved in the product's life journey.

‍Support and Launch
‍As a designer shaping the design decisions in the process, I understand the challenges involved in coding high-quality, pixel-perfect digital products. In this phase, I provide developers support on the design-end required for coding a product ready for the market launch.
